Terms & Conditions — 6ssix Platform

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 6ssix ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 6ssix website accessible at https://6ssix.cam and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

6ssix is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users who choose to access it, including those located in Pakistan. 6ssix does not represent, warrant, or claim that its services are licensed, approved, or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal authority of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position before using the platform.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience does not supersede the English text.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the 6ssix website, web application, and all associated services available at https://6ssix.cam.
• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any funds staked by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other available market.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions (including withdrawals) are permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is not permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available on the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account and use the Platform. 6ssix strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be registered by minors will be immediately suspended and any funds returned to the payment method used.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The Platform is available to users in jurisdictions where accessing it does not violate applicable law. By registering, you warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful. 6ssix reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts detected may be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited pending review.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are strictly for personal use by the registered account holder. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, and you must not use the Account on behalf of any other person or commercial entity.

04 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration process, including a valid email address, date of birth, and full legal name. You must not impersonate any person or use false identity information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 6ssix strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify us immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing withdrawal requests — and at any point deemed necessary by the Platform — you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include providing a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. If any information changes (including your email address), you must update your Account promptly. 6ssix shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Available deposit methods are published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. For reference, Pakistani users are familiar with payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these payment providers in these Terms or anywhere on the Platform does not constitute a claim that they endorse, support, or facilitate gambling transactions on 6ssix. Actual availability is determined solely by the operator and payment providers at the time of your transaction.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's banking page and may vary by payment method. 6ssix reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Users may also set their own voluntary deposit limits as part of the Platform's Responsible Gambling Tools.

5.3 Currency

Accounts may display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this feature is available. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and may differ from interbank rates. 6ssix shall not be liable for any currency conversion losses.

5.4 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits are irrevocable once confirmed. You must only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use. You must not use funds obtained illegally, including proceeds of crime, for deposits on the Platform.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to users who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where an Account is under review, suspended, or where the applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's banking page. 6ssix aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but timelines are subject to KYC review, payment provider processing, and applicable platform review periods. 6ssix does not guarantee specific processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the banking page. Where withdrawal amounts exceed standard limits, additional verification may be required.

6.4 Same-Method Policy

Withdrawals will, where possible and at the Platform's discretion, be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 6ssix reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to alternative methods.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free bet offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, though specific multipliers will be stated clearly for each offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

6ssix reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void bonus awards and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, employing strategies that exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for promotions.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

6ssix reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. A bet is only confirmed when a confirmation message is displayed in the User's account.

8.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. 6ssix shall not be liable for bets placed at incorrect odds caused by system errors; any such bets may be voided and stakes returned.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each sport covered on the Platform, including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC, tennis, and others. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, postponement handling, and over/under line changes. Users are responsible for reading the applicable sports rules before placing bets.

8.4 Casino and Game Rules

Individual casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and instant games — are governed by rules specific to each game type. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge information are provided within each game where available.

8.5 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software fault, 6ssix reserves the right to void affected bets and refund applicable stakes. Bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error will be voided and re-settled. 6ssix shall not be liable for any losses or profits resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

09 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account activity for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform in violation of applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations.
• Employing automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider knowledge betting, or collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's underlying code, servers, or databases.
• Using the Platform to launder money or fund criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Users.
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions or IP restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar technology.

Violation of any prohibited conduct clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6ssix Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 6ssix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 6ssix.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ssix, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

6ssix does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, the liability of 6ssix shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by 6ssix

6ssix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the User has engaged in fraudulent activity; (c) the User has provided false information; (d) the Account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties; or (e) required by law or regulatory authority.

13.2 Closure by the User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending review procedures.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive Account termination.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 6ssix. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 6ssix collects only the data necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform security. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 6ssix holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

6ssix does not operate under Pakistani law and makes no representation that these Terms comply with Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk and are advised to seek independent legal advice.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the first instance, Users are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint informally by contacting the support team at [email protected]. 6ssix will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where informal resolution is not possible, formal dispute resolution procedures apply per the licensing jurisdiction's requirements.

16 Amendments to These Terms

6ssix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6ssix will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
